DarK_Sanjan 1eafb4359f Import v5.1; drop third-party engagement notes and scrub target addresses 
Brings in the v5.1 harness (context-engineering chronicler, run scripts,
viewer and TUI updates) and removes docs/aria-*.md, which described a
third party's private engagement. Live target and egress addresses are
replaced with TEST-NET-3 documentation addresses.
